CorePlus. Helping a yoga and pilates franchise grow beyond its superfans.

Core Plus isn’t a traditional pilates studio. While you might not break a sweat in a textbook reformer or mat Pilates class, you likely will here. And they are growing fast. But to say the fitness space is crowded would be an understatement. Gyms and studios are everywhere in Australia. From small local outfits to big chains. All targeting the same lycra-addicted, health junkie. This was about evolving a loved brand into something truly distinctive.

The challenge

In the crowded fitness space, every studio and every app has to fight hard for recognition and growth. While CorePlus has an enviable product and strong community, we needed to rebuild their brand strategy to be a compelling choice in a sea of sameness.

Insight

The real benefit our fans experienced wasn’t just a stronger physique, but the strength to take life on.

Breakthrough Strategy

While their key competitors focus on the literal mechanics of workouts, or their physical results, we’d take the emotional high ground: the whole-of-life benefits of our fitness and mindfulness programs. From emotional balance to better sleep, we forge a path for the whole-life athletes who aren’t looking for vanity workouts but a richer and more nourished feeling.
