CorePlus had big ambitions.
As a national Pilates franchise, it already had a well-established, training program that helped produce the nation’s newest Pilates instructors at scale.
The model worked. It was commercially strong, operationally proven, and built for growth.
But yoga needed something different.
CorePlus set its sights on elevating the yoga industry through a new teacher training experience. In an already oversaturated industry, this couldn’t just be another course, another certificate, or another intake of instructors. It needed to genuinely stand apart.
The opportunity was bigger than building a program.
It was about creating an education experience that could turn passion into practice, and practice into purpose.
CorePlus didn’t just need to produce more yoga teachers. It needed to produce better ones.

A best-in-class yoga education experience was built around depth, immersion and transformation.
We designed a learning experience strategy that brought together world-class instructors, immersive multi-channel learning, and a rich online LMS experience. The program gave students more than content to complete. It created a structured pathway for becoming confident, embodied and industry-ready yoga teachers.
This meant designing for different student types, from those seeking to deepen their knowledge of yoga wisdom to those ready to teach. Each pathway needed to feel rigorous, supportive and motivating, while still carrying the distinctive energy of the CorePlus brand.
Rather than treating teacher training as a linear course, the experience was designed as a journey – one that could support students before, during and beyond the program.
We helped CorePlus shape a differentiated course positioning that could resonate across various student types. The idea was simple but powerful: yoga education should meet people where they are, then help them move deeper.
For some students, that meant deepening their personal practice. For others, it meant building the knowledge, confidence and capability to teach. For CorePlus, it meant creating an education platform that could grow with students, while strengthening the brand’s role in the future of yoga.
The experience brought together brand positioning, curriculum structure, digital learning and UX/UI design. A rich LMS platform was designed across app and desktop, giving students an intuitive place to access modules, assignments, course material and support.
The result was an education experience that felt immersive, credible and connected – combining the rigour of world-class training with the energy, clarity and accessibility of CorePlus.
A stronger foundation for yoga education at scale.
The program helped CorePlus create a more distinctive and engaging yoga teacher training experience, supported by a digital platform designed to make learning easier to navigate and more rewarding to complete.
Early indicators showed strong momentum:
More importantly, the work gave CorePlus a scalable education experience that could support different student motivations, strengthen its position in yoga training, and continue evolving beyond a single course format.
