Knowing what your competitors know isn’t an advantage.
In his latest opinion piece published in AdNews, Danish Chan explores what happens when AI gives every brand access to the same customer signals, patterns and answers.
When everyone can know more, faster, information stops being the edge.
The advantage now sits in judgement: knowing what to ask, what to ignore and what others are missing.

Bureau rewrites the rules of the workplace
The future of work was never going to be solved by another booth. In a crowded category full of familiar claims around flexibility, modularity and hybrid work, Bureau needed a sharper way to frame its role.
We helped define a new strategic platform: Elastic Spaces.
A way of thinking about workplaces that can stretch, shift and respond as teams move between focus, collaboration, retreat and connection.
The result moves Bureau beyond product marketing and into a bigger conversation about culture, performance and the future of the office.

No two quarters look quite the same around here.
This one brought award-winning work into the spotlight, brilliant collaborations and a new wave of projects into the studio — taking us from clean butts and legal drama to swimwear, ballet, olive oil, and higher education.
Saintly picked up recognition across ADC and D&AD – further evidence that a sharp idea can turn even the most unexpected product into a category of one.
Never.Always brought our strategic work for LawConnect to life brilliantly in a new campaign series well worth watching. Watch the full series.
We’ve also been working alongside NikeSwim, The Australian Ballet, JET Charge, AE Advisors, Gewürzhaus, Nation, QuiteLike/Coles, Insignia Financial/MLC and Intrepid.
Next up: new projects with Conga Foods, Collarts, Legal & General, HSBC and Lyrebird Health.
Different categories. Different challenges. Never the same answer.

Five minutes with Danish.
What’s influencing his thinking this quarter:
Podcast: The Imperfects – Basically therapy disguised as a podcast. Turns out even “successful” people are a mess sometimes, and hearing it out loud is weirdly comforting.
TV: Silo – This is just so good. It has this slow-burn tension and a world that keeps expanding without losing its claustrophobic sensibility.
Artist: The Paradox – This band drags you straight back to 90s punk chaos and it’s a definite guilty pleasure.
Reads: The Cabinet of Curiosities by Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child – Knives Out crossed with X-Files. Twisty and kind of unhinged in the best way.
